Location
The Cloisters Condominium is situated at 100, 102, 104, and 106 S. Interlachen Avenue, at the intersection of Morse Avenue and Interlachen Avenue.
Parking: The main entrance circle is designated for short-term guest parking, short-term resident parking (with a parking tag), and handicapped parking spaces. Assigned parking for owners is located off Interlachen Avenue, where car ports are visible. These spaces are specifically assigned to owners. Small maintenance vehicles may park at the front part of the car port entrance along the wall if available. It is important to note that no service or delivery vehicles should be left unattended in the car port, as this can block resident vehicles. Oversized vehicles must park on Morse Blvd. before the Boat Tour and access the complex through the Morse Blvd gates.
Deliveries: The management office is open daily to assist contractors with parking arrangements. All deliveries weighing over 50 lbs must use Freight Elevator #3 to avoid damage to smaller passenger elevators. Elevators are clearly marked with their respective numbers for easy identification.
